A. BOOKINGS
1. To book your camping space, you are required to complete the form below.
2. An invoice will be sent to you either by fax or e-mail.
3. Please quote the invoice reference number when making payment.4. Reservations will be finalized by means of a receipt after proof of payment for the camping space has been received. Please fax proof of payment with your full details (name, surname, contact number & reference number) to 0272131448 or e-mail to stoumanns@cybersmart.co.za hosts are striving to keep the camping area as secure and safe as

CANCELLATIONS
1. Only written
cancellations, accompanied by full contact details and reference number, will be
accepted.
2. No moneys will be
refunded if the reservation is left unoccupied within 24 hours of the indicated
arrival date, after which the space may be made available to a new client.
3. Seventy percent (70%)
of the full amount will be refunded if a reservation is cancelled 21 days before
date of arrival.
4. If a reservation is
cancelled less then 21 days before date of arrival, 50% of the full amount will
be refunded.
5. If a reservation is
cancelled 24 hours before date of arrival, no refund will be
made.

Although your hosts are striving to keep the camping area as secure and safe as possible by providing 24 hour security, no responsibility can be accepted for any losses, damage or injuries on site. Parents are requested to accompany their children when swimming in the farm dam.
